Japan shall continue the policy

The Rising Sun Empire shall Independent from European, Soviet Union and United State and re organize the empire as The Rising Sun Great Unity Commonwealth State. The Japan will continue rebuilt the Great Unity State by learning from European Union.

The commonwealth state of Great Unity will have their individual member of President Council representative.  Whereby the council will elect their Great Unity President and monitor Central Supreme Justice Court and Central Bank.

The President will appoint the Upper House appointment. The Citizen of the Great Unity will vote member of Lower House.

Spend money to built up Rising Sun Empire / Far East Commonwealth State is better than apologize and pay damage

In world war two, one side worry of local Japanese invade and the other side are promoting unity to overcome invade from Soviet Union,  United State and European. Many Far East Citizen die in the war. The most unhappiness is Chinese and Korean citizen who are getting the most damage in the war.

The people already die and forever never alive again. If Japan only apologize and pay damage will never help them. The Japanese who are started the war and they had to carry on their promise to unite the Far East Commonwealth State. They had to decide the which country are member of the empire and cannot leave out China and Korea. They had to setup the President Council Office, President Office, Upper House, Lower House, Central Bank, Supreme Justice Court, Interpol Office, Inter-military Office, Inter-rescue Office and so on for Far East Commonwealth State.

  

Why we have European Union but we do not have Far East Commonwealth State / Rising Sun Empire

As a citizen of Far East Commonwealth State, we feel sad and shame but the leader in the region only know how to talk big but never thinking for the unity of the citizen.

They always want to fight at East China Sea and South China Sea.

They know how to go at UN, USA and EU to show they are not unity because of past history.

The Empire or The New Commonwealth State fight without leader or Government

Japan and Far East Commonwealth State

Far East Commonwealth State consist Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand (If can, Mongolia / Loas / East Timur). After world war two, the Japan is no longer the leader of the states. However after cool war, the Far East Commonwealth State is independent from European, Soviet Union and United State too.

The Japan has to form a Far East President Council, a Far East President Office, Far East Upper House, Far East Lower House, Far East Court of Justice and Far East Central Bank.

Each member countries, individual head of state has the right to make decision whether to joint or let the citizen to vote for joint membership. They also have the right to appoint member of President Council or let the citizen to vote.

The appointed or elected member of President Council will elect a President, a Deputy President and three Vice Presidents. Whereby the President has the right to hire and fire member of Far East Upper House. However, the citizen of Far East Commonwealth has the right to vote for their senator in the Far East Lower House.
