Japan and Far East Commonwealth State
Far East Commonwealth State consist Japan, Korea, China, Malaysia, Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Philippine, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand (If can, Mongolia / Loas / East Timur). After world war two, the Japan is no longer the leader of the states. However after cool war, the Far East Commonwealth State is independent from European, Soviet Union and United State too.
The Japan has to form a Far East President Council, a Far East President Office, Far East Upper House, Far East Lower House, Far East Court of Justice and Far East Central Bank.
Each member countries, individual head of state has the right to make decision whether to joint or let the citizen to vote for joint membership. They also have the right to appoint member of President Council or let the citizen to vote.
The appointed or elected member of President Council will elect a President, a Deputy President and three Vice Presidents. Whereby the President has the right to hire and fire member of Far East Upper House. However, the citizen of Far East Commonwealth has the right to vote for their senator in the Far East Lower House.
